It looked like he was defeated after the beef. Now he’s back in the spotlight/limelight. Do you think he managed to fully restore the public’s perception of himself? Or is this only a temporary thing clouded by his numeric success?
Nobody who hated Drake and his music suddenly thought he was a great person and artist because of Iceman. No minds were changed either way.
I mean In a lot of respects he’s cornier than ever (way more than his early days when everyone was calling him soft and s***)
it just seems like no one really cares

White wokes definitely still care but he delivered a solid body of work after at least 5 years of drought
Yea and ngl Kendrick’s image has been taking hits since 2024 now that we’ve been seeing the machine at work propping him up
Drake’s had to take some hits and play the long game

But isn’t it so that Drake provoked a beef and lost that beef? I mean if could have won if he made a song/been the person that people f***ed with more

His stans are louder than ever to overcompensate for the slop he’s dropping, if he’s not pouting, crying, or dissing, nobody actually gives a s***
That’s true. Drake never admits to his own mistakes which kind of seems like it backfires and people use that to make fun of him. Just like the “Drake the type to” jokes

This gives me an idea for another thread
