I'm usually a separate art from the artist person but I can't deny I have been skipping a lot of his older music that comes on shuffle recently (songs I have loved for decades even).

So in 2023-2025 ive listened to Kanye 1100 times but if i had last fm 2013-2015 im willing to bet id have 5-10k scrobbles in those 2 years

i probably have or will listen to more problematic (at least pre 2025) people but to me kanye was something more than just a musician to me, which is why him going the way he did hits so different. i have no interest in this person anymore.
