I rarely do unless its a first listen tbh. Most albums have some mid, mid, mid, skip, skip songs so it's pointless.
I was listened to Blueprint from Jay Z, and even though it all hits, the tracks from 8-10 are just so good that I ain't going to wait to hear them most of the time.
Ya
With old classics like MBDTF and blonde yes but new albums i don’t even bother if the first 3 songs are just mid mid mid
nowadays i just play one song on loop 30 times
I give an album 1-3 front to back listens and then I delete the songs I dislike n keep the rest. Sometimes after a few months/years ill give an album a relisten to see if any songs grew on me
Some albums are actually great front to back but it’s very rare
Yea
Yes unless its a super long/made for streaming album
Admitting you don’t have the attention span or patience for the Blueprint is a decision.
I have to even if it’s trash on first listen after that it doesn’t really matter to me I do have albums tho that I have a certain respect for and I gotta listen to those front to back all the way
Always
