Drake still brings in an enormous amount of daily streams. More than any rapper (besides this recent Kendrick drop) and the general consensus I’ve been seeing even among the people who have been hating all year has been “his discog is undeniable but I don’t care about his new s*** and he’s weird.”

I think that for some listeners, after the shock of everything that happened to him this year wears off, he’ll just kind of settle into “great artist, sociopath though” territory
