People were looking for Kendrick. Then Reason announces a Kendrick feature and a lot of others. Even as a cynical dude who has been on forums forever, I thought something big was about to happen. I mean it’s TDE, they could pull it off. I listen and it’s literally one dude rapping on a dust beat saying all that dumb s*** about raping city girls. If he was relevant at all he would’ve been cancelled instantly. And I think Top and Punch had the idea that doing something cancel worthy as a no name will just get your name buzzing more. But it didn’t work. Most of the people who were drawn in by the marketing stopped listening half way through. They thought this was the next control and was gonna give them a new star. But no. Some logic fans definitely rock with dude tho

I guess I’m gonna have to explain this again, but the purpose of singles and a roll out is to make people interested enough to listen to an album of yours. Unfortunately I can not listen to every album to tell if it’s dope or not so I have to judge off singles if it’s even worth it to listen to. He put that out as a single when everyone was watching. That is my main impression from him. I have limited time in my life. I’m not about to listen to a full album from someone making city girls r*pe songs as a single

Look toward your ambitions with the same gumption you throw at the keyboard typing this nonsense. I could give you a few tips on how to channel that energy if you want
