People are complaining that the setlist of a tour is the same at every show? Do people not know how tours work?
Not every tour is like that man, there are tours with alternating setlists. Like I said it’s obviously not the norm, all I’m saying is it’s possible, like at what Radiohead does, look at Ye Pablo tour. Personally I think it would be super dope if he switched it up a bit and incorporated elements to the show that would be unique to the live show experience

Well considering some Stan’s try to downplay him and his success, using the word “superstar” here definitely carries some weight, facetious or not

The thing is that usually with Radiohead and Kanye circa the Saint Pablo tour, they're not/weren't heavy on the theatrics/production/sequencing of the show which in turn allows for more fluidity in their setlists (same with other acts like Pearl Jam, Phish, Billy Strings, any jam band etc.) With something more structured with a lot of moving elements in the mix like the Grand National Tour, it's much more difficult to pull off song variation for every tour stop
