There is a point of domestic issues that the law is literally forced to step in and forced to do charges and separate regardless of what anyone says in the moment due to psychology and the literal escalation.
But also, the hallway hotel beating has been coincide with reports back then of Cassie trying to leave Diddy and have reports of her escaping to hotels hiding out from him. Which he was stalking and searching for her.
- But anyways, s***trafficking is still a label you get regardless if the s***partners are consenting or not. Even a prostitute that is working independently and is doing out of their own volition. Which is why this weird charge I haven't even heard of before is beyond strange and a cop out. Anyone else would have gotten the trafficking charges. People get it for way less all the time. I mean they're even still calling it a prostitution act, that on top, include literal transportation. Which anyone else is getting the trafficking charges 100% in that case. It's a clear favoritism/break bias that goes beyond the standard.

The reason: you're still technically putting money into this illegal form of industry, and 90 percent of the prostitutes are doing out of force and/or desperation. Even the few doing it fully on their own and/or for self liberation does not matter since the huge majority is either doing it for desperation or force. And you never know who is forcing who.
