This is actually crazy. When was the last time the federal government took an L like this in a case?

this is not a win for niggas, but is definitely an example of how power and status can save you from the grips of some of the most heinous crimes
reminds me of Thug going against his lawyers best wishes and coping to the judges emotions, and the judge falling to the emotions because of the believed impact she perceived he may be able to have on his community afterwards, which as we can see, has been pretty much null since release. I’m not even sure if any development has progressed on the 100 acres of land he bought in ATL. just s*** like that.
They didn’t even charge him for any of the bad s*** he really did. This on the feds
TNGHT sxn really won today ngl

Judge: I think that makes sense. Mr. Combs does not want to go back to the MDC, he is shaking his head. So, 1 pm letters, and we'll convene in the afternoon, I'll let the parties know when.
Agnifilo: He would be a fool, which he is not, to violate any condition

I think the opposite
Like we know Diddy/OJ are pieces of s*** who should've been locked up for a long time but got off easy because (according to the juries) the government failed to prove the charges beyond a reasonable doubt
Another example, we have a landmark case in our country where an accused r*ped a young girl in her anus but because the legal definition of r* in our country at the time did not include penetration of the anus, he could only be found guilty of the lesser charge of sexual assault. That mf deserved life but got off because of legal technicalities
I realise the importance of innocent until proven guilty and I'm actually practicing so I'm torn. But I just don't think court decisions are the ultimate determinant of innocence/guilt
I agree
Hitting up the JBP, you say you don’t associate with me no more nigga? Why don’t you walk us through how you sat on your baby mamas stomach b**** nigga??

The judge is nice so he'll most likely be lenient on the sentencing
Has about 10 months of time served too so if judge sentences even like 2 years it means very little
s*** was such an obvious set up
the public smearing was the most obvious part and everyone just blindly partook in it
regardless of whether he's a degenerate or not he obviously pissed the wrong people off and they decided to destroy his life

he’s walking out of jail in a few hours man lmao, he’s not sitting in there
it will be commuted
what's the consensus in here so I know what to oppose
