Logic would suggest that but I think their a way U can say U don't like how the government going about the Rico cos U don't feel like it was organised crime of a company rather it was an individual doing crimes. The fact nobody else was charged in puffy's organisation lends hand to that theory.

He’s for sure going to prison. If they’re only deliberating the RICO charge, that probably means they came to agreement on guilty on the other counts if not all of them. It wouldn’t make sense to be at a standstill for only the RICO if they didn’t find him guilty on the other charges.

Also he can be found guilty on all 4 lesser counts but technically if it’s not “proven” it’s a crime of enterprise but only a crime of an individual who’s a sick f***, I can see the RICO not going through.

But rejoice, this pos is gonna get real prison time.….unless the orange man commutes the sentence or pardons him. There’s a higher chance of that happening than him being found not guilty on all counts and coming home.

For the record, I don’t think Trump would do it unless he feels there’s some benefit to him. I would never say never tho. He’s a huge clout chaser. But my point is, I think it’s more possible that Trump pardons him than him coming home on not-guilty for all the counts. It’s like a 1% chance to .001% chance.
