No side is perfect but there’s documented proof that israel has offered multiple opportunities for a cease fire that Hamas rejected, proof of Hamas building tunnels under hospitals / civilian establishments in gaza, and Israel has gone on record to say that fighting will stop immediately if the hostages are returned. Sounds like their cards are on the table and it’s Hamas’ move to stop the fighting. Not to mention israel pulled out of gaza in 2007 when Hamas was voted in (and their charter clearly called for the death of all Jews). Again no side is perfect and I can’t speak on settlements in the West Bank, but on top of all this documented proof there’s also various incidents of gaza citizens condemning Hamas, blaming them for the current situation, and evidence of Hamas soldiers killing gaza civilians who tried leaving. I think a move towards peace would happen much sooner if Hamas didn’t insist on inciting/funding terror

so did Israel pay you before you posted. Mind you all of last month Israel denied hostages in exchange for a ceasefire and actively killed them until pressure was put on for a temp ceasefire. Remember that Palestinians are always called a “nation of savages/slaves” and Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant said:
“There will be no electricity, no food, no water, no fuel, everything is closed. We are fighting human animals.”
