Not really. I guess it was a cool idea though
yeah great idea , i was dissapointed with ghostface album - one of the worst album of the year in my opinion
I hope they keep going for next year. I didn’t listen to every project tbh but Inthink it’s just slow to celebrate Hip Hop legends in this way

if they continue i wish they put money on the side and bring some producers... better than first series

Huh? Better producers? 3-4 of the albums had excellent production imo. De La production list was incredible. Havoc and alchemist for Mobb (what eves do you want) then premier… which I’m aware some people on this forum aren’t feeling, but he’s no slouch! Sure Rae and ghost would’ve benefitted from better production… big L album would’ve sucked no matter who was behind the boards tbh

mobb deep andd de la soul yeah , but ghostface raekwon, , slick rick they need better production . big l would be more cool if it was produced by ditc
if rae have production like he did have for ob4cl2 - we would have great album - ..... just like ghost album that sounds like cheap mixtape and not a legit sequal to SC

Agree with Rae and ghost, I really liked Ricks production even though there weren’t any big names
Overall, I thought it pretty much delivered @op with some albums being better than others, but that comes with the territory.
I just appreciate the idea that Nas and Mass Appeal had to pay homage to a lot of the legends in the rap game. I also would love to see the series continue with other rap legends in the future, like KRS-One, Kool G Rap, and Rakim to name a few.
Main issue with this entire series is that they are the safest, most predictable production possible.
I enjoyed Slick Rick, De La Soul, and Ghostface albums.Big L's was fine but I've been heard most of those tracks already for years. But I guess it's cool having them in one convenient place.
I actually still haven't gotten around to the Mobb Deep project. But I've heard it's the best release out of this series.
I enjoyed everything except the Nas album and idk what it is about it. It was just ok.
yes Nas/Mass Appeal delivered on the releases however i still feel like they should've done The Big Picture 25 year anniversary for Big L instead scrapping the bottom of the barrel for freestyles and putting them on random beats.

you like the Slick Rick and Rae more??
