I’ve been a Denzel fan since probably 2012, his albums are always extremely hit or miss for me and I haven’t liked the last few

I can tell this one is gonna be a hit though, 3/3 for singles so far, honestly they remind me of college for some reason

First two tracks are nuts, way better than the singles

Went back to Melt My Eyez and it still holds up. Actually better than what I remember. This new album is seeming to be a return to form for Denzel which can be dope, but I gotta be honest, I think I might enjoy the direction he was going with Melt My Eyez more.

Imma be honest, as someone who has progressively liked Denzel more and more over the years, I’m not feeling any of the material from the album released at all. Feels like a regression to me. It’s….cool. But idk.

Some people clearly prefer bangers from him and some people prefer when he gets into his artsy bag and experiments. I’m in that camp.

ZUU I thought was the perfect mix of his artsy side and him giving bangers.

This been out overseas for a few hours, any heads spin this yet? Probably gonna watch the boys finale and tap out tonight
