In Michigan people give no f***s lmao. So many parks with parents puffing joints or blunts watching their kids play. There was a park I lived right by that would have these big ass Saturday party things with adults getting wasted, they'd just send their kids to the playground and set up speakers and food. One of the biggest inner city parks here

Once I saw a woman call the police at another park and get pissed they refused to come out for it
