My brothers loved this.
God omg the imax experience is a must see for anyone who plans to see this at all.
The sound design is insane! This f***ing movie is gorgeous, every single frame on screen is on point!
I understood a lot more with a second watch and it was easier to put together the motives, the politics and the ways of these different factions

ROBO DOGabsolutely amazing experience, got out like 3 hours ago but its all ive been thinking about since
i brought snacks and drinks but never touched them because i was just glued to the screen. thank god we went IMAX too some scenes are just crazy immersive with the picture and sound design, like yo my chair is RUMBLING
and HANS snapped on the music, cant wait to see it again

YANDHIWatching this really emphasized 1. How damn massive this story is and 2. The fact that Lynch had to cover the WHOLE story in less time than Denis took to cover 50-60%
Yup thought the same thing. Read the book a year ago and didn’t realize how much is actually covered in just the first part. Also certain important characters weren’t even introduced in the first part.

That’s my only problem with the movie tbh. I got white savior vibes from the casting. I Lowkey wish they made Paul and his mom arabic. It was kinda weird seeing his mom in that royal attire which looked like highly arabic and she’s a pale British woman
