better than Star Wars

absolutely amazing experience, got out like 3 hours ago but its all ive been thinking about since

i brought snacks and drinks but never touched them because i was just glued to the screen. thank god we went IMAX too some scenes are just crazy immersive with the picture and sound design, like yo my chair is RUMBLING

and HANS snapped on the music, cant wait to see it again

also was surprised because i bought my tickets like 3 days ago when it was almost fully sold out and we had the best seats in the house, middle towards the top, and an empty chair on either side of me

I really liked the movie but I expected more humanity and emotion during the quieter parts I guess. I’m just comparing it to Blade Runner 2049 though so now that I know what to expect I think I’ll like it a lot more on rewatch.
