I think I just enjoy the claustrophobic creepy sci fi experience but in terms of story I prefer gundam. I like the pseudo deep discussion about humanity, politics, and the military (like ghost in the shell)
I feel like when it comes to the big robots there's more room for directors to f*** up because they're competing with a 2d format.
As far as anime Ghost In The Shell and Gundam are my favorite properties over metroid as well. As far as games I been waiting on Halo. Annihilation made me want to see The Flood. I like Mass Effect a lot too but it dont need a movie

Listen, the only thing I'd love more than a gundam movie is a metroid movie.
I need a gundam movie. Need bout 5 of dem hoes. At leastNeed a few for the main timeline. Need 1 for Gundam 00. Need 1 for December Sky. Need 1 for Wing with writing thats a bit better than the show but I guess thats 00.
Definitely need one for Unicorn but where the main character isn't a big cry baby.
