I low key forgot what happened in training arc but final arc is absolute chaos

na it really helps flesh out the story if done correctly. Demon Slayer just does it worse than i’ve ever seen before like what was up with them giving us the sibling Upper Moon’s back story right as they were dying in s2?

Yea there's only like 90 more chapters left to adapt

Honestly a good thing.

Animes that last forever all end up being mostly s***.

Even the ones I love.

The shorter animes are always better

Tbh they could of combined this arc and the next arc for a 24 episode season but they clearly dragging it lol

I just don't think every single guy who picks up a sword needs to have their entire life story told.

Give me a select few and move on. I don't need to know what every hashira ate for breakfast and s*** out at lunch

It can be done right, but even when it is they do it too much in these shows.

oh yeah i’m not hating. this seems like one of those shows that WOULD go on for much longer, though. honestly glad to hear it’s shorter than i expected

I think there’s like an epilogue arc too. There’s probably 2 more seasons cause the training arc is super short. They should just order a 26+ episode season for the end though instead of trying to do smaller seasons

Idk about that I don’t think length and quality really go hand in hand like that

Cause I’ve seen amazing 6 episodes and I’ve also seen dumb horrible 6 episode anime. Same goes for 12, 24, 26, multi season, and multi series. Even films

Very few shows that go past 5 seasons that stay really quality.

You might get an exception or two, but they are the outliers

naaaa 26 episodes isn’t enough to cover 80 chapters at the quality we’re used to from UFOTable. it’ll probably be that many episodes and another movie or OVA at some point tbh

The chapters of Demon Slayer aren't long

About 15 pages on average

At the start they were over 20 pages long

That's why season 1 got 26 episodes lol
