there are no good cops, only bad cops & the people who protect them who are equally complicit in everything they do

They're more about being catchy and never have any actual thought put behind them.
DTP is one of the worst ones lol. Not every police dept or whatever has inflated budgets like major cities do, in fact a lot of them are UNDERfunded.
