Alright so here's an update, gonna make a pizza by Wednesday or Thursday afternoon hopefully
Tested out the regular oven at my place of residence, it runs HOT which is good! The front was at 570f and the back of the oven was nearly 600f.

I got my slicer cleaned up

The blade may need to sent out to be sharpened. I just finished vacuum packing 2 loafs of mozzarella, next I have to portion and freeze a #10 can of tomatoes.

Buying stuff in bulk is a requires LOT of work in portioning and preservation. But it's the only way to get top notch ingredients.

If everything goes well I should make dough tomorrow at 3:00pm.

Also haven't made a pizza in like a year

I need the Tupperware to store the canned tomatoes. You see I have giant food service cans of tomato products.

That's a 6lb 6oz can, massive.
So I break it down buy portioning it into to plastic containers, once frozen I remove from the containers and vacuum seal them and return them to the freezer.

As for serving the slices will be on paper plates or parchment paper like the old days
