I miss the Scotland inspired scenery of the first game. But I haven’t made it to Australia yet, I’ve been in the photorealistic desert (quite boring).

I just got to chapter 3. Are we going to end up spending most of our time in Australia? I also found Mexico a little boring. Kinda felt like a “tutorial” area

It is. But then every like 2 missions it either has a malfunction or the tar currents are too disruptive so you have to go missions without it. Just did one where I had trek forever across a desert to fix it.

And im sure it'll break down more the further we get into the game.

As far as I know the rest of the game is Australia. You can still visit Mexico but Australia is the game. Im like 40-50% through the game and its pretty much Australia.

theres animals you can rescue but i havent seen any way to track what you have and dont have at the animal shelter
