yo is this worth picking up i havent seen a game get this many mixed reviews in a minute

This game is different, there’s nothing out there like it, so not everyone is bound to like something new & different.

There is shooting here and there, and boss fights, but you’ll be spending most of your time with the game traversing a massive beautiful landscape. The terrain is the biggest enemy here.

It’s slow, beautiful, and (intentionally) empty a lot of the time. You need patience. This is how the game was designed. For someone who has played mostly shooters for the last 15 years, this was such an amazing experience, it’s pretty much the anti-shooter.

If you’re willing to go in with an open mind & have patience, this will be one of your favorite games of all time.

Plus the story is as unique & batshit insane as it gets! Got me emotional as hell, unlike any game ever has.

I think everyone should at least give the game a try. It’s a damn near once-in-a-lifetime gaming experience

I'm confused at Mama's backstory She was stuck under rubble and was surviving purely off of drinking rain water, which was timefall rain water? So why wasn't she aging from it ?

i dont think it was timefall tbh. Rewatching the cutscene I think she herself is surprised that the rain wasnt timefall cuz she seems to have a confused look on her face

apparently, once timefall hits something, it becomes water. she was only able to drink it because it already hit the rubble first. idk if it’s100% true, but that’s what i read

Its a bad walking sim with a try hard over emotional story. Rent it from redbox if you live in USA. You will regret spending $60 on a game worth maybe $20
