it is remarkably easy to make another sub-account on your main account.
Just go to the "switch accounts' setting and choose your new handle. It's still linked to your main account, but it's treated as a new cash app account and you'll get the offer.

For those who need tutorial to keep on generating this offer over and over again:
On Cash app
Click your icon top right.
Click on your Cash App tag and a menu pops up with "add account option"
Click new personal accoint

Change it to this:
This will allow you to add $100 and take advantage of the full discount
Someone getting fired for this, no way expect element and changing it should work
