i think no matter what way you try to look at it, there is no way he did not do it. unless on the slimmest of chances he did not live at the house nor have possession of the vehicle anymore, which means the true killer is still out there…and I don’t think they are hinging on that being the case based on the 40TB of discovery and more than likely tracking his device data, neighborhood cameras, license plates of any nearby vehicles scanning on city cameras as he enters and leaves the scene if he were to try and commit the act with no device on him. essentially building an entire case on him based around CCTV and the context of his whereabouts last time near the house and any activity surrounding the house and surrounding areas

the discovery is gonna be crazy and super detailed. they were probably gathering everything from everywhere from subpoenas of cameras to neighborhood cameras to businesses to the forensic a***ysis of the property. he probably removed the USB stick from the Tesla so it’ll be hard to get video evidence from the cameras but there’s gonna be a lot of s***…especially if Celeste was at any point in fear of her life and messaging anyone who has chosen to remain silent, as they said she part of an ongoing investigation
