If they have a source in the investigation saying it's not her, I'm inclined to believe it + she was dead for quite some time, the timeline just wouldn't match if she was at that show

if they begin questioning him as a potential witness without first conducting/exhausting the investigation for probable cause to charge him, and his lawyer is present in that questioning, it exposes their case against him and gives his team a chance to build a solid defense
