I gen belive this guy is totally sick and has done this before. The sick POS with the mock funerals on tour, the clear fact he had no problem preying on underage children. How easy he just moved on. Everything to me points to a narcissist serial killer
who would be his other victims? i haven't seen any sort of link to any other murder

once they push that button it's hard to come back from it so they probably want to have all the evidence they have, and while it looks clear that he did it, we really have no idea how or where or even when perhaps

Yep, a premature arrest can lead to him getting it deemed a wrongful arrest and key evidence getting thrown out
