yeah man its tough, I just stopped taking opiates and benzos cold turkey ... sat in an ice bath for a weekend ... then just kept it moving.. s*** was a tough two days

Yo holy s*** dude.. be careful with the benzos.. cold turkey can be really dangerous. I'm tapering off mine slowly.

thats what everybody says but i quit popping x****, and shooting/smoking heroin/fentanyl... and after two days I was fine... Ive always had a super high tolerance.. my buddy and I are both like that we were on a cocktail of substances and a few kids OD'd that night, and we literally just kept going for days... now we are both sober. nothing to brag about should have never gotten that bad...
