I did see femtanyl live at a festival and got a bit culture shocked ngl tho I can't deny s*** was lit. also saw frost children DJ like 2 years ago that was fun tbf. also underscores is the best out of all of these to me prob but even w her I can't get into the music sometimes.

v curious what Danny takes from them and what his spin on this sound will be. I did like the underscores single. will report back. no matter if I like it or not I do think he's mega based for being so tapped in and engaging/ giving platform to all these young artists.

God damn so I been a HUGE danny Brown fan, love the dude for a long time. Since about XXX. Like I remember when Old came out and the hype for that s*** as well as the hype for Atrocity Exhibition. Ain't been keeping up too much with this album cycle other than knowing Danny has finally fully created a new sound with his blend of detroit hip hop and hyper hop. It was pretty clear he was gonna go this route with all his Jane remover and femtanyl love.

First track made me cry. Danny really has come full circle man, It's so awesome seeing him able to create an album that is happy and sober, He seems to be in a super super SUPER much better place than Atrocity exhibtion and I have felt like he had been kinda middling with Quaranta and Uknowhatimsayin. I liked a few tracks off there but it did not seem like masterpiece quality like I think XXX and Atrocity Exhibition are.

Getting deeper into this album, like 4 tracks in right now and jesus, I'm feelin this s***. Danny's energy and rap cadence is so perfect for this frantic schitzo production

This one still gotta grow on me, I like the Dizzee Rascal influence but the chorus is the most generic “hyperpoppy” chorus on the whole album
