That x is just west of the be thankful cafe. Their website has this as part of the description so I imagine they were using that to film for some video

Red diagonal lines on a map like this usually mean it's a forbidden area like how the military use or no flight zones for pilots

The yellow x must be the destination and so this person is going through enemy lines for something

This is interesting but could just be nothing so idk if I want to invest time finding out what that yellow x location is if it's just a strip club or something
