you guys every get like dizzy / vertigo when working out / running? Wonder if im not eating enough or if I should go get bloodwork or smthn
I would definitely go to the doctor, however, I had this happen to me multiple times and it was simply because my sugar was low.. but I didn’t have diabetes or any other issues.. so I would literally eat a small piece of chocolate if he happened and I was fine.. hasn’t happened in probably a decade at this point.
But there could be multiple reasons this is happening. You could be dehydrated, lack of sleep, etc etc

yeah i feel like its likely food related tbh, i think it happens on days where i skip lunch etc from work, but will peep the doctors office soon

There's also this Lighthouse Bed and Breakfast nearby too. I was checking out some of the street views and the place looks incredible. You're probably right about a music video being shot there.
