If they can’t live with you because of material reason, like you don’t have the room or you live with your parents and they don’t want it. I would be honest

If you don’t want them to live with you just because then just tell them you’re not really that good of a friend to them.

But over the past few months I’ve seen her mental health falter as she goes from an Ivy League grad school to an abusive relationship and now her d*** addled mind.

I care about this person but I’m actualizinf a lot of my goals right now and Don’t want to derail that
