There’s really no best time if you want the latest iPhone.
If you’re okay with an older model you can shop Black Friday and stores like Best Buy or Amazon other retailers.

If you want to buy the latest one but don’t want to shell out all the cash you can finance it through Apple or through your phone carrier so that’s an option as well

Not too interested in latest model stuff, but do want something that will last 3-4 years at least
