lnstinctIf u runnin away from the stuff you’re feeling & gone thru real bad trauma a therapist might help u find the path back & feel comfortable dealing with s***.
But it’s normal to be going thru s*** in general, the thing that is crucial is to not to cling to anything. Everything is fleeting nd stuff moves so much better when u go with the flow, dnt resist anything that happens. It might be seen as “good”or “bad” but that is really your egos judgement of the situation not the reality.
I gotta practice this way more myself btw, I get hung up on s*** all the time
