Can you just load to older save, like 1 hr before it corrupted?
the old save files haven’t reached 8mb right? So they’d be fine? Idk how it works I’m not on pc lol just wondering
There are usually auto saves that go back a few hours as well as any manual saves or quick saves they made
That’s a good question
Apparenty refunds will be processing within janaury :
if you just go talk to chat support they'll refund it for you
He talking about PC then brings up RDR2 when it was boo boo on PC when it first released.

Sony hoeing y’all. This why they removed the game, they legit did not want to give refunds lmaooo.
I got cyberpunk just now for Xmas and I'm like 99% sure I should just return it. Will I be missing out a lot?
Funny since you can't even get it on psn now too

My take - yes, you'll be missing out a lot. Consider that Grand Theft Auto 5 was considered "unplayable" on launch in 2013 and is still considered unplayable by some people to this day on certain platforms.
Got a cousin who has Cyberpunk on PS4 and he's actually pleased with his experience. But also he's completely disconnected from Reddit or any site you'd see outrage over this game.
Cyberpunk 2077 has already gone through 5-6 updates. If you return it, you'd deprive yourself of the amazing story experience that you're likely to get soon after a few updates, if the history of big AAA releases is any indication.

I thought gta v was 100% playable with no issues at all
But I have a literal launch day ps4 and people say that's the worst thing to play it on
Fo4 launch felt fine to me too, Idk if cp is considered smoother or worse than tnat

Well let me clarify, I'm talking about the online component of GTA 5. That was a complete s***show on launch on all consoles. Even if you were able to load into the game which most players weren't, there was nothing to do. Several patches later, it's the game we all know and love today

the general consensus is to pass on it and wait till you're on a ps5, obviously it was bad enough to get taken off the digital store and have a warning about it listed on the Microsoft store on last gen consoles
far as missing out goes I don't know how you can exactly miss out, it's a singleplayer game you can play it when you want. Long as you aren't purposefully going out of your way to view spoilers or something there's nothing to miss out on, game not growing legs and running off lol
Btw if you go to your "Load Game" and see if you have any Autosaved data that's below 8MB you'll be able to run it from there.
Might lose an hour or so of progress, but better than starting all the way from scratch.
you can push the ray tracing even further with a steam launch command
bout to melt my 3080
less than 2 weeks since launch and already 6 patches, cdpr really are the goats
The bar is so so low

you know people can just repurchase the game, right?
Came to the conclusion anyone playing just the main story is playing themselves
