I think it tells you when Act 2 starts. Johnny comes in at Act 1, not Act 2.

Another reason the city feels alive but also doesn’t at all is because of them showing alot of cars when ur at a distance, when u drive closer the cars wil pop out and they don’t pop back in. Really weird.

I don't understand what the point of making your guy is? We can't even see him in the first person view or cut scenes. This should've been made 3rd person
