secondly, that would make this mess look even worseI think yall misunderstood me, I don't think the game is great based on the current situation. But based on the best version which is on PC, it really f***ing is.
Think of crysis, would you have said that it was a trash game back in 2007 because of how unoptimised it was (probably yes). But now looking back it really was a good game that pushed the industry forward. That is pretty much the case here imo.

Dec 11, 2020CarbideAndCarbonI mean yes, but in a game with actual good stealth mechanics, the person would try to run to an alarm or something and you could chase them down and regain stealth, or you could sneak away until they let their guard down again. The way you can in basically every stealth rpg ever made. In cyberpunk, once someone gets alerted, you are out of stealth until the mission ends pretty much.

Was thinking about this today, the game we got now is definetly different than the one they had in mind when they started development.
However, looking at this trailer again rn, I'm glad they did, that atmosphere reminds me of the Batman Arkham series, which got really boring really fast.
