Reinstalled the nvidia driver getting constant 60 fps while driving

the weird thing is the game will run about the same fps for me if i got it on ultra or low maybe like a maximum of 5-10 fps increase on low

I’m not far in but my understanding is that nomad has a time skip and you don’t get to like arrive to the city for the first time.
