I'm not even on a last gen console but if you're releasing it on that platform (which they are, there is no current "next gen" version of the game) then it should be optimised well enough to be at the very least playable. This isn't even getting into the insane amount of bugs that plague this game, I'm not a fan of unfinished products being released.
