If ur on base ps4 im not surprised you arent enjoyingI haven't got it yet and when I do it'll be on the PS5; the animations/combat/physics coupled with the emptiness and bugs make it look like a futuristic Watch Dogs game through and through
Like I get not having high expectations for combat because it's an RPG not an FPS but having Fallout 3 tier combat in 2020 almost 2021 is honestly unacceptable
People take bullets like they're nothing, barely flinching, sometimes the AI just completely runs past you while you're shooting them and ignores the bullets, s*** looks cartoony and mediocre
Animations are janky like a Bethesda game
And it looks absolutely dead/empty, and the last thing that's appealing is an open world running simulator

Seems like combat is very hit or miss for a lot of people. Personally i enjoy it although the melee play is a little janky rn but i feel like most the issues you have will be fixed in the coming weeks/months
And the next gen patch for density whenever the f*** that is

Combat feels like Destiny which isn't that bad of a thing, driving is fine. Melee is not fine.

1 thing for sure is that population density is not a problem on PC, I keep running into cars
