IMO with GTAV and RDR2 they lost the fun especially with focusing on BS online to milk people with mtx
RDR2 should have major DLC but instead they focused on reskinning GTA online
You need a vision to create a game like this. Especially with a greedy publisher like Take2, its amazing how they got the funds for a westen game with little replayability and weak multiplayer components (almost no MTX-money).
Without Rockstar Gaming wouldnt be even big as it is nowadays. But yeah i can understand your opinion on the gameplay.

all free dlc is like new features like what i have mentioned (car customisation, buying houses, new side missions etc)
this game should last us a fair a lot since they say its harder to 100% it then witcher 3

RDR2 was a massive letdown for me just based on the open world
Not enough little towns and side quests in the game and way too much wilderness. I guess that was their plan but the game got boring quick.
Had way more fun playing the Witcher
