Hm idk I think the difference would be Tyler or Alc would flip whatever sample after finding it regardless of how the other flipped it, whereas it is an extreme reach to assume JPEG would do the same with a random twerk video had the first guy not flipped it first

Snoop put out a song called Neva Left in 2017, it samples the same thing CREAM does. Is that producer a thief? nah its an entirely different song. No doubt inspired by CREAM cause who hasn't heard that sample flip. It's cool that both exist now.

The drum break gets sampled irregardless of what the previous producer does. The twerk video never gets sampled by JPEG without the somewhat viral flip on Twitter first. That’s facts no need to be defensive
