Thoughts on Communist Slow Jams?

There’s a lot of gems on it like Used to be Into Dope, Polly (his best political song), Last of Us, Mothers Milk, but he’s still hasn’t fully mastered his sound by then and a bunch of the production is just eh. Lyrics for the most part are pretty good tho and I miss when he used to write more intentionally like on here with actual song topics (the line about putting a grimes vinyl in a bear trap to draw out hipsters is amazing).

Overall it’s cool and better than BBC but every project post Veteran besides dogshit EP2 is just a different level and I say this as a huge fan of his Devon stuff

We're in March and it still hasn't been released

The fact we're getting a collab album from JPEG & Danny before XXXX is insanity to me
