This trailer for CLB give me some curious vibes
Kind a “look at my legacy cause this is the last piece in it”

  • Oct 29, 2020

He’s focused on being a multi-generational artists. Therefore, it’s important for him to put out a lot of high-quality music this decade. So, in short, NO.

He mentions this in the Rap Radar interview.

It’s too easy and therapeutic to make music nowadays to just drop it completely

He may not release another solo album for like 4 years though

But even Jay, Em, Kanye, Wayne still dropping music.. I doubt drake retires from dropping an album before all those older people do

Nah. 30s the new 20 and 40s the new 30. S*** different now. Back in the day when you hit 40 you was basically washed, not just in music but irl too lol. Now it seem like people still be in they prime at 40. I can see Drake easily rapping until 50. Hopefully his music will begin to mature as he ages tho. Only way I see him quitting is if he transition back to acting and get real focused on it

Don't think it will be his last album.

My guess is, the older he gets, he'll drop music less frequently, like Jay Z for example.

It's not like he releases music for money because everyone knows you can't make the type of money Drake earns soley of music. So it's not like he needs to drop frequently.

This is all premature anyway because Drake still got plenty of time.
