Numbers will go down in Italy in the next few days since they are on lockdown.
The reason why its still growing despite lockdown prolly has to do with the fact that the incubation time is up to 2 Weeks.
All countries should go on lockdown for 2 weeks and we should be over the hill. Unfortunately countries aint doing that.

Obviously but lets not act like this would happen if we had the right treatment.
Fact is its more serious because its new but comparable to other diseases its not much much worse as the world makes it out to be.

1 million if 1/3 infected at 1 %
And 2 million if 2/3 infected at 1%
So 2 million to 4 million at 2% mortality rate
Basically anywhere between 1 - 4 million with the utmost conservative estimates possible
