man sometimes I see old ppl and wish I could help them more than just giving them my seat or helping them with their bags up the train stairs etc. I think: why isn't their son/daughter helping them more? Meanwhile doomers that have nothing going on in their lives make corona jokes.

They don't get that ppl are really scared of having it and some older ppl live alone have to go to the groceries alone etc. How they gonna do this?

bro imagine religious people who believe we are the only sentient beings in the universe. aliens making contact would destroy that line of thought and everything they stand for. that alone would cause mass hysteria

science as we know it today would be outta here. since if we made contact with aliens they would most likely be more advanced than us. we'd have to add them into the equation, and if they would be able to convey their knowledge to us? we as a society aint gonna take the info lightly.

it wont be no met gala thats for sure. s*** would be dark as hell. while the aliens gon be sitting there calm like f*** wrong wit yall.

if they were malevolent all theyd have to do is show up outta nowhere and the majority of humanity will run itself to the ground. which is why we will likely never know if we had contact with aliens. all the countries would like team up on some avengers s*** to hide something that massive from the pub.
