all things considering it's not a huge deal, just certain drinks and chicken tastes especially bad, everything else is okay.
Idk, if chicken tasting bad is a permanent thing, that sounds pretty horrible to me lol
But that’s good you have a positive outlook on it though!
If you got a positive pcr test than you almost certainly have it. You must just be asymptomatic right now.
Rapid tests aren’t effective when you’re asymptomatic, that’s probably why it was negative.
Yeah I just developed symptoms today
This s*** is trash I hope I don’t get long COVID
Are breakthrough cases still happening after the booster or are you pretty immune after that

Someone feel free to correct me if I’m wrong l, but I thought that getting the booster 6 months after being fully vaccinated just puts you back to the level of protection that you had after you were fully vaccinated originally?

I mean that’s how the flu shot works, so it shouldn’t be surprising
We have yet to see what the time frame that the booster lasts for tho
Was hoping I wouldn’t be forced to get it but I have until December 5 for my job to get a covid vaccine
Cases rising again
Right on queue for the holidays
Hopefully the January surge isn’t as bad

Midwest starting to go up
South is inevitable
North East might be alright along with the west
Issue is more indoor activities = more exposure
Kinda regret getting vax tbh
I never used to get flu or cold like symptoms normally. Feels like it’s been once a month since I got my shots early Summer

Pretty bad reason to regret getting it, but the flu season before COVID was very deadly and pervasive, so it’s possible it’s just spreading more with masks largely gone again
My mom works in the ER and said that now is the highest amount of covid cases she’s seen yet
all things considering it's not a huge deal, just certain drinks and chicken tastes especially bad, everything else is okay.
Yeah that sounds horrendous breh
I think it’s gave me occasional palpitation like sensations though, so I doubt it got off scot free
