So many people quitting at work cause of mandate . I’m about to be overworked . F*** this

Company email says " no weekly test you must get vaccinated and if there is a future mandate about boosters then you must comply too"

This s*** is crazy because we are already short staffed and variety of staff in ages so some are close to retirement and some younger staff said they quitting when they forced. We are going to be entirely f***ed and overworked because of a dumbass mandate under the guise of safety

So after mandates go into effect the vaccinated will be like essential workers last year. Overworked for same pay and exhaustion lowering their immune system and raising rates of sickness from anything . Yes not covid necessarily or at least not hospitalization but now I am even hearing of hospitalization of vaccinated so this is just kind of dumb planning

its 500$ more for health insurance to be specific even questioning if it will cover life insurance if we die of covid. I am getting vaccinated but our company went back and forth from "you must all be vaccinated by december 8th and if future mandates say booster then you got to do it because we have government contracts " to "you can still do weekly test" lol a lot of people said they were going to quit but now they like "looking for a new job I am out"
