It's not that it's "easier to cope", humans have just rarely compared two sets of deaths without SOME context

9/11's 20 year tragedy holds more weight than a bad flu season to the average american as well. between 24k to 62k deaths (out of 39m-50m+ cases) or comparably small percentages to vaccine deaths.

Those who die from the vaccine deserve all their flowers as people who lost their life, but people are not gonna look at that total like a massive tragedy

The world be crippled if you had to freeze over the casualties (and no one wants there to be any at all, obviously) for positive progressions in society
