Anyone who wants to think things are getting worse or will go on as they are forever are welcome to do so, we all have different ways of coping with a brutally hard situation. Sometimes it's really hard to get your hopes up or risk getting them dashed.
It is an objective fact though that a new one dose vaccine has been approved which will inevitably expand the existing supply and streamline the vaccination process to some degree. This is what people are basing their predictions on, not how things have been going for the past few weeks when a winter storm put things on ice for a while.
Really wish you were right on this, but it would be a top 10 miracle of all time at this rate. Things are getting worse, not better unfortunately
Explain please

It was a miracle that we got a vaccine developed so quickly. Pfizer and Moderna beat the all time record by almost two years. 60% of Americans over 75 have gotten their first dose and deaths are declining. There's evidence that Pfizer's vaccine strongly protects against even spreading the virus asymptotically which is huge. The FDA is meeting today to authorize a THIRD vaccine that we'll have tens of millions of doses of by late next month. The vaccines work well enough on the variants to prevent another wave. Numbers are down all over the world. I honestly don't see what there is to be negative about other than the frustrating distribution so far, which is about to be fixed.
Somewhat old tweet, but just to break down the numbers:
The J&J vaccine would increase our daily vaccination supply by as much as 890,000. This is how people make the mental leap from us churning out a little over 2 million vaccinations a day in early March to upwards of 3 million a day by April.

With the expected shipments of Pfizer and Moderna coming then we could definitely run it up past 4 million a day

I’ll believe it when I see it. The rollout, distribution, and overall logistics have been garbage so far.
Vaccine rollout
We just had a massive winter storm in the middle like 80% of the country man lol. It was scaling well prior to that

We did our highest so far yesterday I believe so things looking up in that front. Didn’t mean to be confrontational, just really hoping this can be the end
