My wife had it and she did basically the same thing I'll recommend to you: rest a lot, drink a lot of water and juice, make sure you're getting vitamin C, D, zinc, magnesium, all that good stuff. Also, don't overexert yourself, even if you feel like you can; it can be lowkey hard on the heart.

If you're really down bad and feeling short of breath, it's good to have a pulse oximeter around. They're the little meters you clip on your finger. Feeling short of breath is a very subjective experience that can come from anxiety as well as lung problems. A pulse oximeter will tell you what your blood oxygen is, serving as a more objective measurement. If it's fine, you'll know not to panic. If it's low, you'll know to call a doctor. We have one here and it was a good investment.
