My mom came to visit me for her birthday and as she was 10 minutes out of town she calls me and tells me she found out she tested positive

My girlfriend had it and we’re living together, so I quarantined as well. Slept in the same bed the whole time, both before she tested positive and after. I got tested and was still negative, haven’t had any symptoms

I've been laying in bed since last Saturday from this fatigue, man. It hurts to breathe and this fever still hasn't gone away yet.

Someone from H.R. called me three days ago and she basically was telling me that there was nothing they can do, and the only option would be termination for my missed days so far.
